Thank you for supporting a small business. S—P Australia is committed to slow fashion. Each garment is handcrafted in Australia following placement of your order. Crafting time can vary depending on the complexity of the garment. Construction typically takes around 3 weeks from date of purchase.
All our orders are sent Express with Australia Post which can take 4-5 business days, depending on your location. If you live in a rural area, shipping can take a little longer (around 7-10 days).

A refund may be granted if your item is faulty or damaged. However, all returns, replacements, and rectification of faulty or incorrect orders are at the discretion of S—P Australia. S—P Australia reserves the right to reject an order at any time, for any reason, with a credit issued for funds paid after deducting costs that have already been incurred by S—P Australia and that cannot reasonably be recovered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
