Crafting time can vary depending on the complexity of the garment. Construction typically takes around 3 weeks from date of purchase. All our orders are sent Express with Australia Post which can take 4-5 business days, depending on your location. If you live in a rural area, shipping can take a little longer (around 7-10 days).

A refund may be granted if your item is faulty or damaged. However, all returns, replacements, and rectification of faulty or incorrect orders are at the discretion of S—P Australia. S—P Australia reserves the right to reject an order at any time, for any reason, with a credit issued for funds paid after deducting costs that have already been incurred by S—P Australia and that cannot reasonably be recovered.
